**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting and supporting the senior manager in coordination.
- Interaction and Relationship management with design team.
- Implementation of Design process for execution of projects.
- Visiting Site for inspection.
- Proper design implementation and verification at site.
- Coordinate and monitor status of design incentive/disincentive programs complying with provisions of design subcontract.
- Facilitate resolving design issues with senior manager.
- Maintained vendor/sub-contractor relationships.
- Generating and distributing weekly design review meeting agenda and summary report.

**Requirements**:
1.Should be willing to travel as and when required to project sites across the country.

2. Strong communication skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- B Arch and at least have an experience of 6 months.
- Software knowledge of Auto CAD

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
