**Overview**:
As a Video Editor Intern, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with the company’s brand and campaign goals. Your earnings will depend on the quality, creativity, and performance of the videos you produce. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, editing, and creating visually engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and campaigns.
- **Creative Input**: Suggest fresh video ideas, transitions, effects, and storytelling techniques.
- **Content Optimization**: Edit videos in formats and dimensions suited for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all videos follow the company’s branding, tone, and visual style.
- **Sound & Effects**: Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and motion graphics when required.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated with video editing trends and viral content styles.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the content and marketing team to plan and execute video projects.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor the performance of published videos and refine future edits based on analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Creative eye for storytelling and pacing.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to feedback.
- Basic knowledge of social media content requirements.
