Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.

2. Budget Management:

- Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenditures are within approved limits.
- Prepare and review cost estimates and financial reports.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and changes.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage quality control procedures.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and performance evaluations.

6. Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

7. Coordination and Logistics:

- Oversee the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage site logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

8. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor health and safety practices on-site.

9. Client Relations:

- Understand client needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project.

10. Final Handover:

- Oversee the final inspection and handover process, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the client’s satisfaction.
- Address any post-completion issues or defects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination for high-end interior fit-out projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing complex, high-profile interior fit-out projects.
