Principal

The Principal is part of a Divisional Administrative Team whose function is to support and assist the schools in meeting the overall objectives of the Division and the needs of individual students.
- The role of the Principal is to provide leadership, direction, and co-ordination within the school.
- The Principal's focus should be to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his/her school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning with his/her school. The Principal should strive to create an organization and or climate which fosters student and teacher growth.
- In fulfilling this role, the Principal shall work under the supervision of the Campus head of Schools and within the provisions of the Public Schools Act, the Department of Education and Training regulations, and Board Policy.
- The duties of the School Principal are all encompassing as all aspects of the schools’ operations are either directly or indirectly under his/her jurisdiction.
- In general terms of the Principal shall be responsible for:

- The detailed organization of the school.

The development of the instructional program.
the assignment of duties to and the supervision of members of his staff and:
The general operation of the school facility.

- Excellent communication skills, leadership skills.
- Valid Teaching Credential.
- Master’s degree, preferably related to curriculum or instructional leadership.
- A minimum of five years’ experience as a principal in a progressive school is preferred - CBSE Board

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Siwan, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
