**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
- **Sales and Product Knowledge**:

- Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and availability.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and store policies.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist in restocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring proper display of products.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle cash or card payments securely.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to meet store objectives.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer interaction skills.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and updating records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,880.52 - ₹20,000.00 per month
