**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounting Software Management**: Manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate recording of transactions using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- **Financial Statement Preparation**: Generate and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- **Internal Audits**: Assist in internal audits by reviewing financial records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare financial reports for management, helping analyze data to support business decision-making and financial planning.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting Support**: Collaborate with the team in preparing financial budgets and forecasts, contributing to the overall financial planning process.
- **Bookkeeping & Reconciliation**: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, and tracking credit card/indirect expenses.
- **GST Compliance**: Manage GST 2B reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with GST regulations.
- **Ledger Reconciliation**: Perform regular reconciliations of financial ledgers to maintain consistency and accuracy across financial records.
- **Financial Data Analysis**: Use advanced Excel skills to assist in financial analysis, create reports, and perform reconciliations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all accounting activities comply with financial regulations and internal accounting policies.
- **Cross-Departmental Communication**: Effectively communicate financial data to the finance team and other departments to ensure transparency and clarity.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Professional Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with hands-on experience using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Familiarity with GST compliance and basic tax reporting.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in handling financial data and identifying discrepancies.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate financial information both verbally and in writing.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues and discrepancies in financial data.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
