**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to a list of potential customers provided by the company.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.

**Pitching and Sales**: Present our products or services to potential customers in a compelling and persuasive manner. Answer questions and objections, and close sales deals.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up calls and excellent customer service.

**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in the CRM system.

**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is a plus).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive and confident phone presence.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Nashik, Maharashtra 422009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
