General Worker

**Position**: General Worker / Operator (Foundry Industry)
**Location**: Chakturia, Kharagpur, West Bengal 721301
**Monthly CTC**: ₹16,500
**Monthly Take-Home**: ₹12,632 (including ₹1,057 monthly bonus)

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Educational Qualification & Experience**:

- **10th Pass**: Minimum **2 years** of experience in any field
- **12th Pass / Graduation / ITI**: Minimum **1 year** of experience in any field
- **Free Accommodation**:

**Attendance Incentive Policy**

The company offers an **Attendance Incentive** based on the number of days present in a month:

- **0 days absent** - ₹1,000 incentive
- **1 day absent** - ₹750 incentive
- **2 days absent** - ₹500 incentive

**Policy Guidelines**:

- The incentive is linked to the number of days attended in a month.
- A maximum of **2 days of leave** is allowed to be eligible for any incentive.
- Employees with **full attendance (0 days absent)** will also receive **free food in the company canteen**.
- The incentive amount will be paid **along with the monthly salary**.
