**Job Title: Fright Broker**

As a Fright Broker, you will be responsible for assisting in the brokerage of frights, scares, and spine-tingling experiences to clients. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for horror, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Sourcing**: Research various fright-inducing experiences, haunted locations, and horror-themed events to offer a diverse range of options to clients. Identify new and unique opportunities to expand the portfolio of frights.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media campaigns, and online content to attract clients and promote fright experiences.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and gathering feedback to continually improve the quality of fright experiences.

**Requirements**:

- **Passion for Horror**: A genuine interest in horror, frights, and the paranormal is essential for this role.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for client interactions and negotiations.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative fright experiences that cater to diverse client preferences.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with team members across different departments to achieve collective goals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of fright experiences and client communications.
- **Bachelor’s Degree**: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, event management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
