Role Overview:
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work at the intersection of Agile practices, testing excellence, and Oracle ERP expertise. If you are passionate about delivering value in complex enterprise environments, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile Facilitation: Serve as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).

2. Guide the team in adopting and adhering to Agile principles, ensuring the timely delivery of deliverables.

3. Identify and resolve impediments that impact team productivity and collaboration.

Team Collaboration and Coaching:
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners, to align on goals and priorities.

2. Coach the team on Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement.

3. Drive accountability and a shared sense of ownership among team members.

Testing Support:
1. Leverage testing expertise to assist in defining acceptance criteria and testing strategies.

2. Ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions by advocating for robust QA practices.

3. Support testing efforts during development cycles and provide insights into test automation and defect management.

Metrics and Reporting:
1. Track and report on team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).

2. Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery role. Prior experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.

Skills: Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Familiarity with ERP processes such as Order Management, Services for Contract. Strong understanding of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).

Also, he/she must have good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
