Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance of all air conditioning units within the organization's premises.
- Diagnose malfunctions and undertake necessary repairs to keep systems running efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and completed work for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with the facilities team to plan and execute large-scale system installations or upgrades.
- Advise on the purchase and installation of new units, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to standards.
