MAK Kotwal Realty is a leading luxury real estate Advisor in South Mumbai, renowned for its expertise and exclusive access to premium properties. We are seeking a talented and creative Individual to join our dynamic team.

1. Content Creation & Graphic Design:

- Develop high-quality visual content across various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
- Create compelling and engaging social media content, including static stories, carousels, and video thumbnails.

2. Brand Enhancement:

- Assist the marketing team in amplifying the brand's aesthetic and visual identity across all channels.

3. Content Strategy & Execution:

- Contribute to the development and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and timely delivery. A good understanding of 'how to market a luxury project through a graphically designed AD static'.

4. Communication & Collaboration:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and other departments.

5. Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Basic video Shooting & editing is a mandatory skill.

6. Creative Versatility:

- Ability to generate creative and innovative design solutions for various marketing needs, including marketing collaterals as required.
