- To operate forklifts efficiently and safely for the movement, loading, and unloading of materials, ensuring the accurate handling and storage of goods while adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Forklift Operation**:
Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach trucks, or other types) to move goods, materials, and equipment.

Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.

Transport materials to designated areas within the site.

**2. Material Handling**:
Ensure proper stacking and placement of materials to prevent damage.

Assist in organizing and optimizing storage spaces.

Handle fragile or hazardous materials with care, as required.

**3. Safety Compliance**:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during forklift operation

Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in good working condition.

Report any defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.

**4. Inventory Management**:
Support inventory control by keeping accurate records of material movement.

Assist in stock counting and verification activities.

**5. Maintenance Support**:
Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, water, and fuel levels.

Clean the forklift regularly and keep it in a well-maintained condition.

Coordinate with technicians for scheduled maintenance and repairs.

**6. Teamwork**:
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.

Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and drivers.

Support other tasks as assigned, such as manual material handling when required.
