Job Requirements

The eLearning Instructional Designer will work on a growing global team and lead the development and curation of relevant eLearning content to support improved performance and key business needs. In this hands-on role, the eLearning Instructional Designer will help drive a learning culture through innovative learning solutions to ensure employees have equitable access to learning opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize eLearning technology and design maps, storyboards, scripts, or other instructional design tools and strategies to create engaging learning experiences
- Partner with SMEs to translate and transcribe eLearning content into various languages to support learning globally
- Deploy and maintain eLearning content by uploading and updating courses in the LMS (Workday)
- Build and maintain assessment and evaluation tools that align with learning objectives
- Enhance and drive continuous improvement of end-to-end eLearning experiences
- Research evolving trends and recommend new technologies for eLearning/online/blended learning
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, job-aids, quick reference guides, and other relevant documentation
- May also facilitate live and recorded training sessions
