- Engage with potential customers directly, **understand their needs**, and effectively communicate product benefits, USPs, and offers.
- **Demonstrate product usage** where applicable and educate customers on best-use cases.
- **Boost sales by converting footfall to purchases** and improving customer experience for existing buyers.
- Implement **guerrilla marketing** and on-ground activation techniques to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- **Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets** in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights to improve product positioning.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum **2 years of on-field sales or brand promotion experience** (preferably FMCG).
- Strong command of **Hindi & Gujarati preferable.**:

- Energetic, proactive, and confident in engaging with different customer types.
- Excellent **verbal communication and persuasion skills**.
- Should be presentable, approachable, and willing to work in outdoor/public spaces.
- Knowledge of **local geography of Vapi and surrounding areas** is preferred.
- Experience with **door-to-door, van-based, or society-level promotions** will be a strong plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
