**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms (social media, websites, ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with producers, creatives, and marketing teams to understand project goals
- Trim footage, insert music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the storytelling
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video content
- Color grade and enhance visual quality as needed
- Stay up to date with industry trends and tools to maintain high-quality standards
- Organize and manage media assets and project files efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or reel required)
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects is a plus)
- Familiarity with sound editing and mixing
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other digital content formats
- Background in film, broadcasting, communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of color correction and audio post-production techniques
