Junior Architect - Job Description (Chitradurga)

We're looking for a highly motivated **Junior Architect** to join our team in **Chitradurga**. This entry-level role is ideal for those with **0 to 1 year of experience**.

Core Requirements
- **Experience**: 0 to 1 year.
- **Location**: Chitradurga.
- **Software Skills**: High proficiency in **AutoCAD** (essential for 2D drafting). Proficiency in **3ds Max/Sketchup** (for 3D modeling/visualization).

Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate **2D Floor Plans** and detailed **Working Drawings**.
- Assist the design team in project development and documentation.
- Create basic 3D models and visualizations.
- Conduct occasional site visits and ensure adherence to local building standards.

Essential Skills
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
- **Good communication** skills (verbal and written).
- **Positive attitude**, eagerness to learn, and strong time management.
