**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop and produce high-quality graphics and visual materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, website graphics, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals.
- Create and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Concept Development**:

- Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively communicate messages and resonate with target audiences.
- Develop mockups and prototypes to present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms and media.
- Update and maintain brand assets, including logos, fonts, and color schemes, to ensure they are used correctly in all materials.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to complete design projects.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Stay up-to-date with design software updates and emerging design trends and technologies.
- **Feedback and Revisions**:

- Incorporate feedback from clients, team members, and stakeholders into design revisions.
- Iterate on designs based on constructive feedback and ensure final deliverables meet project specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (required)
