Key Responsibilities
- Creating visually compelling and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but

not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target

audience, and translating them into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.
- Developing design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups for review and approval, and incorporating

feedback to deliver high-quality final designs.
- Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral and

maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
- Keeping up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the

quality and effectiveness of our marketing designs.
- Coordinating with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, when necessary to ensure

smooth production and execution of design projects.

Competencies Required
- Proven experience as a designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention

to detail, and understanding of effective visual communication.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams

and interpret design briefs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,033.83 - ₹40,167.28 per month
