**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for our clients, ensuring that all designs align with their brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and creative direction.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to think creatively and critically, with a focus on solving design challenges and meeting client needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
- Experience in digital marketing design is a plus.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
