**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Sports Photography & Videography**: Capture dynamic shots of badminton, swimming, and other activities at our centers.
- **Event Coverage**: Document Machaxi’s tournaments, special events, and member activities through photos and videos.
- **Photo & Video Shoots**: Collaborate with the marketing team to shoot promotional content, including campaigns, player profiles, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- **Content Creation**: Provide creative input for photo and video shoots, working closely with designers and social media teams to produce compelling visual content.
- **Post-Production**: Edit and retouch images and videos to ensure high-quality content is delivered for digital platforms.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all visuals align with Machaxi’s brand guidelines.

**Education and Experience**
- **Freshers welcome**: No prior work experience required, but a passion for photography is essential.
- Proficiency in **basic photo editing software** (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Basic knowledge of **video editing** tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- **Creative eye** and attention to detail for capturing engaging sports moments.
- Ability to work in **dynamic environments** and manage photography during live events.
- **Strong work ethic** and willingness to learn on the job.
- **Team player** with excellent communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Completed a **photography course** or relevant certification.
- A **portfolio** showcasing photography skills (even student work or personal projects will be considered).
- Enthusiasm for **sports** and **fitness** photography.
