
Customer Care Officer

Should possess minimum 3 years experience in Customer relations in real estate industry.
- Post booking, check for all documents and send welcome mail, allotment letter & receipts to the customers
- Coordinate with the customers & reputed bankers for customers loan sanction and disbursement Prepare agreement and other supporting documents to the Bank for getting the loan disbursement
- Regular communication to customer about apt progress of project and updates.
- Prepare daily, Monthly, Projection report Prepare collection MIS report for the management.
- Work on collection targets every month and achieving the same in time and Follow up with customers and Bank on payment dues
- Preparation of Agreement like Construction & Sale Agreement, etc and coordinate with legal team on registrations.
- Update and maintain escalation process records at each stage and review or adjust the escalation process accordingly.
- Maintaining the relationship with the existing customers & generating the leads
**Skills required**
- Experience in real estate is mandatory
- Excellent convincing & listening skills.
- Detailed knowledge of Information Builders product offering Fluency in English & Malyalam is essential.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and ERP.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
