We are seeking a passionate Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role combines creativity with strategy to produce engaging content that showcases our camping adventures and fosters a community of outdoor enthusiasts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop captivating written and visual content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, highlighting our trips, experiences, and community stories.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content planning, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster relationships with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with our community through polls, questions, and live events.
- **Analytics Tracking**: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work with our team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns, contests, and collaborations with influencers.

**Qualifications**:

- Good at content creation(Speaking infront of camera & Voiceovers) and social media management.
- Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software will be cherry on the cake
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
- Passion for travel and the outdoors is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
