**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counsel Parents**: Guide and educate parents about the preschool’s curriculum, benefits, and enrollment process.
- **Admissions Support**: Assist in handling inquiries, conducting school tours, and explaining the admission process to prospective parents.
- **Interpersonal Engagement**: Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident about their child’s early education.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers and administrative staff to provide a seamless experience for parents and students.
- **Maintain Reputation**: Ensure the school’s positive image by handling parent queries professionally and maintaining high service standards.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with other staff members to create a nurturing environment for children.
- **Regular Follow-ups**: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and address any concerns effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate degree (B.Ed. is a plus).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in teaching or educational counseling preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- **Confidence & Interpersonal Skills**: Strong public-speaking and people skills.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**: Ability to work well within a team and coordinate with different departments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle parent concerns effectively and professionally.
