**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services.
- Explain the benefits and features of the product and handle any objections.
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

**Customer Support**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, or complaints.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for product or service issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and product development teams to improve service delivery.
- Assist in handling customer service requests, product returns, or renewals.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Record call details, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on call activity, customer inquiries, and resolved issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a customer support role.
- Experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and local languages if necessary).
- Ability to engage customers and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office (Word, Excel), and other call-handling software.
- **Customer-Focused**:

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and the ability to handle customer grievances professionally.
- **Sales Aptitude**:

- Ability to identify customer needs and promote products or services that meet those needs.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of telecalling, sales, or customer support experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
