**JOB DESCRIPTION OF MARKETING EXECUTIVE**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Marketing Executive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Manage and update the company's website and digital presence.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive insights.
- Provide recommendations to refine marketing strategies based on data findings.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate with design teams for marketing collateral.
- Follow up with multidesigner store for marketing purpose
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Handle customer queries and feedback across various platforms.
- Work on strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize promotional events, product launches, and other brand activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
- **Collaboration**:

- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets for campaign execution.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role (e.g., internships or full-time roles).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
