_**Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Coordinate with clients for dispatch schedules, delivery requirements, and special instructions.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per client orders and timelines.
- Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to arrange lorries/trucks as required.
- Verify dispatch documents including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport receipts.
- Track dispatch status and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Ensure proper loading and dispatch as per quality and safety standards.
- Collect and document client feedback on dispatch performance.
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 3 years (required)
