**Experience**:
0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
- Provide accurate information about various courses, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents on career-focused technical and creative programs.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with student information and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in **Malayalam** and **English** is a must (Hindi is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for education.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Any degree (graduate or pursuing final year)
- Previous experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service preferred.
