IT Infra COE plays a critical role in designing & implementing End User Infra solutions and standards across the organization. As part of the IT Infra COE, this role focuses on embedding best practices into End User Support, driving innovation & supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Design and Implement End User Support solutions aligned with Enterprise-wide initiatives

**Key Decisions / Dimensions**
- No Decisions to be taken

**Major Challenges**
- Design Industry best End User Support Systems and Processes
- Implement stable solution by coordinating with Infra & Application Teams

**Required Qualifications and Experience**

a) Qualifications
- Engineering Graduates with experience of 8-10 years
- Work Experience
- Experience in End User Support Technology, Operations and Processes
- Experience ITIL framework and Asset Management
- Expertise in IT Service Management Domain
- Hands On experience on End User Technologies such as SCCM, MDM, Patching
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune & Azure AD
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Network
- Basic Understanding of Project Management
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
