We are seeking a highly driven and talented Research Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Research Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exploratory research projects that explore various aspects of the leadership landscape in India

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct academic research to understand the current practices and approaches to leadership, including the study of leadership in corporate settings, analyzing language and communication styles, and examining leadership modules and training programs.
- Explore and analyze the landscape of leadership in India and globally, including trends, challenges, and best practices in various industries and sectors.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leaders, including their profiles, achievements, and leadership styles, to support research initiatives and provide insights into effective leadership practices.
- Create engaging and informative content such as whitepapers, research reports, blogs, ebooks, and other assets to share research findings, insights, and thought leadership in the field of leadership development.
- Conduct comprehensive research on Indian values and the Indic system, with a focus on identifying globally applicable values for leadership development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and communications, to develop compelling content strategies that align with the research objectives and target audience.
- Ensure content is accurate, well-researched, and effectively communicates complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of leadership, Indian values, and global leadership trends to inform content creation.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure regular and timely publication of content across various channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing and engaging assets to accompany the content, such as infographics, videos, and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of research reports, academic papers, and publications based on the findings of the research studies, ensuring the content is accessible to both academic and non-academic audiences.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of research grant proposals to secure funding for ongoing and future research projects.
- Participate in research team meetings, seminars, and conferences to share research findings, exchange ideas, and contribute to the overall research strategy of SOUL- School of Ultimate Leadership.
