As an Associate Investment Research in our Europe Real Estate team, you will be a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions in Investments Research. Each day, you will be defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in all the Asset management and Acquisitions activities for Europe real estate funds
- Prepare cash flow models in excel, Argus/Argus Enterprise.
- Prepare and update Income analysis and Quick valuation for preliminary screening of deals and excel cash flow models for detailed underwriting
- Prepare Investment committee memos and presentations for assets considered for acquisitions.
- Participate in the preparation of Asset strategic reviews for assets held
- Participate in the review and approval of annual operating, capital budgets and quarterly reforecast for real estate assets
- Prepare and update internal valuation models and memos on a quarterly basis
- Prepare annual Business Plans and Quarterly Asset Reports for asset owned and managed.
- Review external appraisals and comment on the reasonableness of the appraisal. This will include variance analysis, comparison of operating history, comparison with underwriting and current trends, compare valuation methodology and raise fair questions/comments etc.
- Work on disposal analysis and prepare investment committee memos during the sale process of an asset
- Participate actively in various automation related projects to create efficiencies within existing processes

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Possess a strong understanding of valuation concepts such as DCF, NPV and IRR etc.
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience coming from real estate, infrastructure or consulting background
- Strong interest in real estate and high attention to detail
- Good understanding of the Real Estate valuation and Financial Modeling concepts.
- Adept at financial modeling in excel
- Ability to interpret financial statements and reports
- Well-developed written and quantitative analytic skills
- Analytical bent of mind with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Understanding of Argus/Argus Enterprise is an added bonus but not mandatory
- Fluency in German, French or Italian will be an added advantage
