Job Title: TGT Computer Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Prepare and deliver engaging and effective computer science lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and hands-on activities to facilitate active learning.

2. **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Ensure that the prescribed CBSE syllabus is covered in a systematic and timely manner.
- Integrate various teaching methodologies and strategies to address different learning styles and abilities.

3. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer formative and summative assessments, including quizzes, tests, and practical exams.
- Grade and evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and achievements.

4. **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, safe, and conducive learning environment.
- Manage student behaviour effectively, fostering an atmosphere of respect and discipline.
- Ensure that all students have access to necessary computer resources and that equipment is used responsibly.

5. **Student Development**:

- Identify and support students’ individual learning needs and provide additional assistance when necessary.
- Encourage and motivate students to develop an interest in computer science and enhance their problem-solving skills.
- Mentor students in computer science projects and competitions.

6. **Parent and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about students’ progress, academic issues, and classroom activities.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required.

7. **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and CBSE guidelines.

8. **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Engage in and support school extracurricular activities, such as coding clubs, technology fairs, and field trips.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities that promote computer science education.

9. **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with school administration and colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the school’s academic programs.
- Assist in the maintenance and upgrading of computer labs and resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
