**About the team**

Worldpay by FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and then commoditise a catalogue of enterprise wide consumable products that can easily and repeatably be scaled and deployed across our global Merchant Cloud & Automation Services (MCAS) architecture. The products you develop will help drive our organisation towards our strategic principle ‘Cloud First’ and our successes will be measured through the continued adoption of our MCAS products and services. Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focussed on business value.

**What you will be doing**:

- Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products
- Participate in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences

**Technical Skills**:

- 3 to 6 years of Expert in Java, JSP, Tomcat, VXML, JavaScript
- Good experience in Spring boot and Microservices and IVR
- Strong background with NICE CXone implementations, including CRM integrations with external platforms
- Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML and JavaScript
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Having hands-on experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system in a developer role
- Design, develop, deploy, and support constantly evolving IVR based on business requirements.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases
- This position will focus on the development of CXone to include configuring agents, skills, hours of operations, reporting, call flows, routing, integration, and other services on the vendor platform
