ChessEasy Academy is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Student Counsellor to manage student inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure smooth coordination between students, parents, and coaches. This role is essential to fostering a welcoming environment for students interested in learning chess and will involve handling both administrative and counseling duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Handle Student Inquiries and Calls**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to calls and inquiries from students and parents regarding course offerings, schedules, and enrollment processes.
- Offer guidance on course selection and answer general questions to help students make informed decisions about their chess journey.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Facilitate seamless communication between students, parents, and coaches to ensure alignment on schedules, course expectations, and progress updates.
- Act as a liaison to keep both coaches and students informed of any schedule changes or important updates.
- **Manage Attendance, Fees, and Salaries**:

- Keep accurate records of student attendance and ensure timely updates for all ongoing classes.
- Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining fee structures for different classes (group and individual), ensuring all billing information is accurate and communicated clearly to parents.
- Oversee the calculation and disbursement of coach salaries, based on class attendance and structure, in collaboration with the administrative team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in both English and Malayalam is required to communicate effectively with students, parents, and coaches.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills to build rapport with students and parents.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, especially regarding attendance tracking and financial record-keeping.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a counseling, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
