**Job Title - Stores In charge**

**Educational Qualifications - B. Com./B.Sc.**

**Experience - 0-4 Years in Electrical/Electronics manufacturing industries.**

Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Inward and outward of raw material as per requirements.

2. Loading/Unloading of materials received & to be sent to vendors for rework or replacement.

3. Materials issuance and maintain delivery challans and returnable delivery challans in ERP and informing departments on closure of RDC.

4. Material stock physical verification and tally with ERP stock. Reconciliation of materials for correct inventory stock statement.

5. Informing concern dept of non-moving, slow-moving stocks for appropriate actions.

6. Material movement from incoming to destination.

7. Train subordinates on material issuance and handling.

8. Keep maintained store department machines and equipment’s such as Forklift, Stacker, Vehicles etc.

9. Material movement between two plants of company with appropriate record maintenance.

10. Coordination between purchase, accounts for invoices correctness, getting resolved issues if any.

11. Excellent verbal & written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal & external customers.

12. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)

13. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

14. Ability to safely & successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with company standards, including qualitative and quantitative productivity standards.

15. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company standards.

16. Exposure to 5S, Kaizen, Waste Management, Safety.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance
