You will be working as Transactional Tax Executive
- US Tax and will be part of Finance Services business area for Finance & Accounting Operations division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Tax Manager and you will be primarily responsible for providing tax expertise in the area of capital structures, legal structures, cross border reorganizations, transfer pricing, intra-group arrangements, tax accounting and reporting or any other tax matters as well as tax strategies that reflect overall strategy and global initiatives.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing support for various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews, contract structures, etc
- Supporting implementation of relevant standards, processes, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters in own area of responsibility
- Supporting training activities and best practice sharing in the defined tax practice area
- Supporting all tax accounting and reporting activities within the scope of own tax practice or area
- Providing support during Tax audits and other requests from Tax Authorities
- Performing internal controls over financial reporting processes in the respective areas of responsibility

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s in B Com or MBA
- 0-2 years of working experiences in US Sales and Use Tax Return preparation or review
- Knowledge to SAP ERP and VERTEX
- Exposure to Tax exemption certificates and local legal requirements
