**About the job**

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced offset machine operator to join the team
- the job encompasses responsibilities such as setting up, maintaining, and adjusting the machine settings, feeding raw material or parts, inspecting the printed materials, troubleshooting and repairing any issues, keeping records and informing the supervisor of any needs or problems, and following health and safety regulations. The operator needs experience with 4,5,6-color offset printing machines, knowledge of production procedures, ability to read blueprints and manuals, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills, physical stamina and strength, and a diploma or equivalent in the same field

**Key Skills**:

- Experience as a machine operator, especially with 4,5,6-color offset printing machines.
- Knowledge of production procedures, such as setting up quantities, color, alignment, and configuration of the machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals for the printing jobs and the machines.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot issues with the machines, inks, and other solutions and make basic repairs and maintenance.
- Attention to detail to inspect the quality and accuracy of the printing and avoid any defects or rejections.
- Teamwork to coordinate with quality and production in-charges and get approval for the printing work.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitasking ability to operate multiple machines at the same time via computer programs or manually.
- Good verbal communication skills to inform the supervisor of the material, ink, and supply needs for the pressroom.

**[4C,5C,6C] Offset Machine Operator Job Responsibilities**:

- Arrive early and check machine condition before printing.
- Inspect samples and get approval from quality and production in-charges.
- Keep trial run sheet separate and report any defects or rejections.
- Fill up check list before moving to next process/level.
- Operate different types of offset printing machines according to client requests and works order.
- Maintain inventory, registers, and daily production reports.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain printing machines with maintenance team.
- Adjust pressure and registration between plates and ink for clear printing.
- Inform supervisor of material, ink, and supply needs for pressroom.
- Inspect work quality and accuracy and resolve technical problems with presses, inks, and other solutions.

**Experience**:at least 4+ experience in the relevant field

**Education and Other Qualifications-**
Diploma or graduate in mechanical.

**Industry-** Offset Printing and Packaging Materials

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
