1. Should report to the complex premises on time, in clean & tidy uniform with identity card. Personal grooming standard to be maintained and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect complex assets.

2. Conduct daily rounds to the entire complex in his first hour of the day.

3. Conduct a detailed visit to the WTP/ROP/STP/DG on a daily basis.

4. Report to the complex manager, if any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings or safety hazards immediately.

5. Ensure the smooth operation of WTP/ROP/STP/DG

6. Log the meter readings of the WTP/ROP/STP/DG in the approved register/log book and submit the report to the complex manager.

7. Conduct a trial run of the DG on a daily basis if the DG has not been used in last 24 hours.

8. Maintain log books for the electricity energy meters of the common areas.

9. INRA - Routine maintenance work to be done for all common AMF, ATC and MCB panels in the electrical room and ensure there are no leakages/faults in the common plumbing/ drainage system of the complex.

10. Maintaining the inventory register and requisition register and requisition parts and supplies on the consumables for the plants like WTP/ROP/STP/DG. He must ensure the tidiness of the plants premises.

11. Performs other engineering/maintenance related jobs which are assigned by the complex manager.

12. The MST must also attend to any complaints/queries escalated by residents. Based in the type of the job, ticket can be raised.

13. The MST is expected to test, trouble shoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment in the complex.

14. To monitor the fire alarm/ life safety system as necessary to be fully informed of the system

15. Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings and technical parts breakdown

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
