**Position: Civil Architect**

**Location: Kolhapur (Ruikar Colony)**

**Requisites**:

- Should have B. Arch degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Civil Architect
- Proficiency in architectural software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop**.**
- Strong understanding of architectural standards and building regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to translate ideas into tangible designs.
- Eye for detail and precision in creating architectural drawings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and design of architectural projects.
- Collaborate with senior architects and design heads to understand and translate design concepts.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using architectural software.
- Provide innovative solutions to design challenges.
- Participate in internal design reviews and project meetings.
- Ensure all designs align with established standards and quality benchmarks.
