UrbanSparks Digital Institute is looking for an energetic and driven **Sales Executive & Caller** to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into enrollments, and managing the end-to-end sales process for prospective students. As a Sales Executive, you will introduce our various educational programs, counsel potential students on their career goals, and help them choose the right courses to align with their aspirations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of the institute.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Lead Generation**:

- **Make outbound calls** to potential students, introducing them to UrbanSparks’ diverse range of programs and courses.
- **Identify and engage with high-quality leads**, leveraging your persuasive communication skills to generate interest and build a pipeline of prospective students.

**Counseling & Student Enrollment**:

- **Provide personalized counseling** to students, helping them choose the right course based on their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
- **Educate prospects** on the benefits of various programs, career opportunities, certifications, and job guarantee initiatives offered by the institute.
- **Address queries** from potential students regarding course details, fees, schedules, and the enrollment process, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.
- **Guide students** through the entire enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to registration.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- **Build and maintain positive relationships** with students and prospects, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout their decision-making process.
- **Resolve concerns** or issues quickly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among both potential and enrolled students.
- **Maintain regular follow-ups** with prospects who are still undecided, nurturing relationships and keeping them engaged with personalized communication.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate **records of all communications** with leads and students in the CRM system, tracking progress and status updates.
- **Assist with administrative tasks** as needed, including scheduling, updating databases, and preparing reports for the sales and counseling team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** preferred (or equivalent education); high school diploma minimum.
- **0-2 years of experience** in telecalling, sales, customer service, or business development, with a preference for experience in the education sector.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English and any local languages (Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, etc.).
- **Goal-oriented** with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Proactive and enthusiastic**, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude throughout the sales cycle.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to **manage multiple leads and tasks** simultaneously.
- **Basic computer proficiency** (MS Office, CRM tools, Google Suite, etc.).
- **Familiarity with CRM tools** and sales techniques is a plus.
