We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our premises.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, storage rooms, and maintenance facilities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with other departments and external contractors as needed to complete maintenance projects and repairs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects to enhance efficiency and functionality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
