Role & Responsibilities
- **Supervising employees**: Overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and monitoring employee performance
- **Maintaining cleanliness**: Keeping the premises clean and organized
- **Ensuring quality service**: Ensuring customers and guests receive high-quality service
- **Enforcing policies**: Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
- **Maintaining safety**: Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining security systems
- **Addressing issues**: Handling escalations and issues, and resolving conflicts among team members
- **Training and coaching**: Providing ongoing training and constructive feedback to help employees improve their skills and performance
- **Coordinating with other departments**: Working with other departments to optimize overall organizational efficiency

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
