**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and branding guidelines.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the brand's messaging and aesthetics.
- Create designs that effectively communicate complex ideas through visual means.
- Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, fonts, and color schemes.
- Utilize advanced design tools and software to expedite the creation process while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously enhance creative outputs.
- Provide input and creative insights during brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of each project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, marketing specialists, and web developers to bring projects to completion.
- Perform post-production tasks such as video editing, color correction, and sound optimization for videos.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of design assets for easy access and retrieval.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong eye for detail, alignment, and pixel-perfect design execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Knowledge of video editing and animation principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
