Squash Coach

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching**:

- Develop and deliver tailored squash training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Provide guidance on technique, fitness, strategy, and match play.
- Assess players’ skills and create personalized training plans.
- **Player Development**:

- Identify strengths and areas for improvement in each player.
- Help players set and achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide motivational support to keep players engaged and improving.
- **Match Preparation**:

- Organize and conduct practice matches and tournaments.
- Prepare athletes for competitions, including strategy and mental preparation.
- **Fitness and Conditioning**:

- Incorporate fitness training to improve endurance, speed, and strength for squash players.
- Ensure athletes are physically prepared for the demands of the game.
- **Administration & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of players’ progress and achievements.
- Communicate regularly with parents, players, and management about development and performance.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Enforce proper use of equipment and facilities during sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Squash Coach or player, with a deep understanding of the sport’s techniques.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work with players of varying skill levels and age groups.
- First Aid certification is desirable.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Passion for teaching and coaching.
- Ability to analyze players’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in organizing and running tournaments or competitions.
- Strong leadership qualities and team-oriented mindset.
