**Job Title**: Training & Placement Officer
**Department**: Training & Placement
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Placement Activities**:
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR professionals, and companies to secure placement opportunities.
- Facilitate pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, interviews, and selection processes.
**Training & Skill Development**:
- Conduct training sessions on soft skills, resume building, interview preparation, aptitude tests, and group discussions.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and other activities aimed at improving students’ employability skills.
- Develop and implement career development programs for students, including industry visits and internships.
- Ensure students are prepared for the corporate world by focusing on both technical and interpersonal skills.
**Student Counseling & Guidance**:
- Provide career counseling to students, helping them choose the right career path based on their skills, interests, and strengths.
- Guide students on industry trends, opportunities, and career growth areas.
- Advise students on career development opportunities, such as higher education, entrepreneurship, and job prospects.
**Alumni Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni to facilitate networking and mentorship opportunities.
- Leverage alumni networks to enhance placement opportunities for current students.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare and maintain placement records, reports, and databases of companies, students, and job offers.
- Track placement statistics, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to the management and faculty.
- Report on placement status, success rates, and opportunities to improve placement processes.
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Management, or related fields).
- Additional certifications in HR, Career Counseling, or Training are advantageous.
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in training, placement, or corporate relations roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Experience in handling placement drives, recruitment processes, and organizing career development activities.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Ability to guide and mentor students to enhance employability skills.
- Good knowledge of industry trends and job market requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
