**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IELTS (International English Language Testing System)Tutor to join our team. As an IELTS Tutor, you will play a crucial role in helping students prepare for the IELTS examination by delivering comprehensive and engaging lessons, assessing their language proficiency, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Your expertise will enable students to achieve their desired scores and excel in their academic and professional pursuits.

**Job description**:

- Develop well-structured lesson plans that align with the IELTS exam format and objectives.
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons that cover all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Provide targeted instruction to improve students' language proficiency, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension.
- Guide students in developing effective strategies for each section of the IELTS exam, enhancing their time management and test-taking skills.
- Administer practice tests and mock exams to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed feedback on students' performance, highlighting strengths and suggesting areas for development.
- Offer personalized guidance to address specific weaknesses and boost overall performance.
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that boosts students' confidence and motivation.
- Foster a positive rapport with students, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, assignments, and progress.
- Prepare periodic progress reports for students and management, outlining achievements and outlining areas that require further focus.
- Stay informed about the latest IELTS exam trends, changes, and assessment criteria.
- Continuously improve your teaching methods by attending workshops, webinars, and professional development opportunities.

**Job Specification**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IELTS tutor or ESL instructor, with a strong track record of helping students achieve their IELTS score goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam structure, scoring criteria, and assessment standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Patient, adaptable, and skilled in working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple students with varying needs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: From ₹800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week
