Job Title: International Customer Service Associate

Process - Voice process

Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently via calls.

Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Conduct daily outbound calls to customers to promote and market product features and services.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support.

Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and targets.

Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Comfortable working at our office located in Noida.

Experience or willingness to work in an international voice process.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Ability to work 6 days a week.

Undergraduate/ Freshers can also apply.
