**Job Title**: Finance Associate

**Firm Description**: The start-up is engaged in the business of Managed Office Space Business and is located in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The start-up hosts exclusive workspace, cafes, food joints, Airbnb’s and terrace gardens enabling various modes of work for its clients.

**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the founders on cash flow and treasury management, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and long-term growth
- Oversee tax planning and statutory compliance, ensuring that the business operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Lead revenue forecasting, expense monitoring, budgeting, and profitability analysis, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Analyze pricing and unit economics of projects to optimize profitability and minimize risk
- Review legal contracts and manage contract management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Implement accounting policies, oversee accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial statements, and manage audits
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Maintain accounting controls and procedures
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring

**Pay Structure**: Salary to be decided post interview, based on your experience and your skill set.
