Job Title: Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. The role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, supervising workers, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are met.
- Maintain quality control by checking processes and finished products.
- Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are in proper working condition; coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Train, guide, and motivate workers to achieve productivity and safety goals.
- Enforce health, safety, and company policies on the shop floor.
- Manage raw material usage, minimize waste, and ensure proper inventory handling.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management review.
- Resolve workplace issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Continuously implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in factory/production supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP knowledge preferred).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹107,307.49 per month
