- Make outbound calls to clients/customers as per the company’s requirements
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries
- Maintain call records and update client information
- Follow up with potential leads
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Support sales or customer service teams when needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of calling or customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant and professional phone manner
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
